Hello, I started my business in 1993. I first started buying properties as an investor and refurbishing them and using them as rentals. I started a company called J.D. Investor’s LLC. After about 8 years of buying and selling and managing my properties I decided to get licensed in 1999. In 2001 I bought two mix use properties and took over another company called RAMAC, DBA: D.J. Investments, Corp. In 2002 I started up a laundry mat called Splish Splash Laundry, I eventually sold. By 2004 I had properties in Rhode Island as well as Southwest Fl; being an Entrepreneur and really just winging it I found myself over leveraged. So I started liquidating and at the same time the Real Estate was starting to nose dive. By 2007 I had sold everything up North and found my way down to Southwest Florida with my two children in tow. Got my Real Estate license again (was not reciprocal) proceeded to liquidate my assets here and started back on the road of increasing my data base and selling homes. I love Real Estate, meeting new people, enjoying my kids and my life!
